What I’m Pinning Wednesdays

Song for the day: Mirrors by PVRIS

because it’s been in my head since I saw them on Saturday.

Ok so I know I was going to wait until I had a good idea for a post but my anxiety over not posting was screaming at me, so I’m bringing back WIPW as quick relief.

I know, I know.  I feel like a total failure.

I have an essay or 3 to write so I’ve been pinning a lot lately, and I thought I’d share.

(You can follow me here)

1: My own pin onto a group board.

Jody Thompson, Working with Words, How to be a good blogger, what makes a good blog post

Learn all about what I learnt from a seminar with Huffington Post editor Jody Thompson here.

2: Tips for creating an Instagram theme.

Those of you who follow me on Instagram will have noticed that I’m posting a lot more quotes and hashtagging EVERYTHING.  This is because I’m trying to make my Insta not a random mess and more streamlined.  So, when Olivia pinned this onto my lbloggers group board, I had to repin it!  Find it here.

3: This quote.

Because I adore travelling and have near-constant wanderlust.  This backdrop also makes me think of X Files and Twin Peaks. And the font is gorgeous!  Pin it here.

4: These gorgeous-looking burgers.

Because I saw them and my mouth started watering.  Cheese and chorizo and YUM.  Pin them here.

5: This beautiful hallway.

It’s so light and airy and I adore the brickwork!  I can just picture a cosy rug, a pew, and a hatstand.  Dammit I want my own place right now! Pin it here.

What have you been pinning lately?  Leave me your links!

DON’T FORGET to join my Nice Message Chain!  It’s doing good things already!  Read about it here.

Hope everyone’s ok out there!

Glad you like it! My insta was such a mess, then I read somewhere about making every other post really pale/straight out white quote/flatlay and I can already see a difference!
